Well, we have been back in Florida for two whole weeks now. At this point, I have transitioned from confident Portlander to twitchy houseguest to full-blown Floridian again. Portland seems like it was just a distant dream at this point, but, thankfully, it also retains a light-at-the-end-of-the-tunnel aspect (much like it did before we moved there).
We are Borg. We have been assimilated. Resistance is futile.
